Steve Greenwalt

Steve Greenwalt is a financial and operational executive who has served for over 35 years in diverse service and technology-based corporations. In recent years, he has served as CEO of NCP Solutions and CEO of IMEX Global Solutions, both former Lion Equity portfolio companies.

Prior to his association with Lion Equity, Steve served in a variety of senior leadership roles within subsidiary companies of First Data Corporation, including First Image Management Company, MicroBilt Corporation, Basis Information Technologies and United Computer Services.

Steve earned his MBA and BS degrees in Finance and Administrative Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
