Jason Struthers

Jason Struthers is a commercial and operations executive with over 32 years of global experience within diversified industrial businesses. His career has been a broad mix of both private and publicly held companies, private-equity sponsored firms, and entrepreneurial pursuits. These roles have ranged in scope from partnership in a start-up automation business to CEO of a billion-dollar manufacturing entity.

Prior to working with Lion Equity, he held executive leadership roles within Parker Hannifin, IDEX Corporation, KOHLER CO., The Crosby Group, and Eppinger Technologies.

He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign’s engineering program, and he has an MBA from Ashland University.
