Lion Equity will consider acquisitions of middle market companies operating in a broad range of industries. Our acquisition candidates will typically possess the following characteristics:

Transaction Type

• Corporate carve-outs and special situations
• Businesses experiencing financial, operational or industry-driven challenges
  
  

Transaction Size

• Revenues between $30 and $300 million
• EBITDA up to $25 million

Geographic Area

• Headquartered in the United States or Canada
• We also acquire North American divisions of international parent companies
  
  

Industry Focus

• All industries will be considered
• Prefer businesses with an established service or product and a blue-chip
  customer base.
