Lion Equity will consider acquisitions of middle market companies operating in a broad range of industries. Our acquisition candidates will typically possess the following characteristics:
Transaction Type
- Corporate carve-outs and special situations
- Businesses experiencing financial, operational or industry-driven challenges
Transaction Size
- Revenues between $30 and $300 million
- EBITDA up to $15 million
Geographic Area
- Headquartered in the United States or Canada
- We will also consider North American divisions of foreign parent companies
Industry Focus
- All industries will be considered
- Experience in industries such as business services, software and technology, telecommunications, distribution, print and publishing, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation
