1. Transaction Type
• Corporate divestitures and privately owned companies
• Businesses undergoing financial, operational or industry-driven change


2. Transaction Size
• Typical transaction values of $5 million to $50 million, although we have the ability to consummate larger transactions


3. Geographic Area
• Headquartered in the United States or Canada


4. Industry Focus
• Business services, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, distribution, healthcare and transportation
• Opportunities outside of these industries will be considered on a case-by-case basis
