Acquisition Criteria
We target control acquisitions of companies with the following characteristics:
- Corporate carve-outs and special situations
- Businesses experiencing financial, operational or industry-driven challenges
- Typical transaction values of up to $50 million, although we have the ability to consummate larger transactions
- Revenues between $20 and $150 million
- Headquartered in the United States or Canada
- We will also consider North American divisions of foreign parent companies
- All industries will be considered
- Experience in industries such as business services, software and technology, telecommunications, distribution, print and publishing, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation
